1.I was looking for a HD projector to replace my Sony HD projector when I stumbled across the Optoma HD20. Amazon had the best price I found. The Optoma HD20 had good reviews, and I can say I'm not disappointed. The Optoma HD20 offers a great HD picture sharper on my 8 foot screen. I feed my Optoma HD20 with an HD signal from Direct TV and a Sony Blu Ray player. The question now is how long will the bulb last, how much will a new cost, and how it will be easy to replace the bulb. I only used your Optoma HD20 for about a month, but looks and works great. Time will tell.
2.I was very satisfied with the service offered by Amazon. Delivery was right on time, and everything worked as it should.
This was my first projector, so I did not know what to expect. When I realized I was amazed at how clear the picture was really good! I was thinking to myself 6 / 5 stars! Until one day I turned, and there are tons of white vertical lines on my screen. I called Optoma, ended up sending me another, after I sent that one in E, after about two months one has done the same exact thing! Fortunately Amazon has a great customer service, I called and they allowed me a moment, ask to return this for a refund outside of my window back.
